Owl Class – Geography Topic and Recorder Sessions – Jan 22

Our Geography topic is now well underway and we have spent time looking at maps of Oxford from Roman times to the present day, observing how the city has evolved and grown over this time, including noting when the canal, railway and ring road appeared on our maps.

Our Friday afternoon recorder sessions are becoming a real highlight of the week. Last week we practised drawing treble clefs and writing crotchets and quavers in bars before moving on to learning the fingering for a new note.
